The River in the Forest

"Really? I swim all the time!"

"I'm not around water much," said Tem, looking down into the cool water with joy prominent on his face, "I'm usually moving around too much. I've been the northern mountains, you can see the tips from here, for ages upon ages trying to see what's passed them, and here I am!"

Nikki watched Sara and Tem play, and then she jumped in with a SPLASH! She went under and she finally bursted up top to the surface. "Haha!!" she laughed. She felt like she was enjoying herself for the first time.

"Oh, well I travel all over! I usually go to spots with a lot of water to refresh and cool off..."

"I'm not really used to this valley and climate yet. Over those hills lies a barren wasteland with desert and snow, if that makes any sense. The place really didn't at all. But ever since I crossed over the peak all I've seen is lush forest and crystal waters. It's so nice here." He floated along, basking in the midsummer sun.

Sara smiled she enjoyed it there as well...


(ooc: Uuhh....could we make this RP a normal RP? You know without all that spiritual stuff? I know I have also started a lot of the magical stuff to but could we keep this one normal? Sorry if I'm being a party pooper ^^

Nikki got up out of the water and shook off when her stomach growled. "Uhhhgg, I'm hungry." she groaned. She hated having to catch her own prey. She wasn't very good at it either.

[ooc: Yeah, Mac. Good idea. Sometimes I just want things to be real so, let's keep it that way?]

"Well then lets go hunting!" Sara said very enthusiastically, "Maybe with two of us this time we could take down a nice big buck!" Sara's mouth started to water. She hadn't had anything but little rodents and birds for the longest time.

"Eh.. okay." Nikki agreed. "Where to then?" she asked. Nikki hadn't ever known anything about the places she traveled in.

"Well follow your nose!" Sara turned and stuck her nose in the air, and she ran in circles and then opened her eyes, "This way!" She said with a smile as she turned in the direction to go.

[ooc great idea, yeah i'm getting a bit tired of magic stuff]

Raph just sat and watched as Tempest swam, he dipped his sore paws into the cool, calm water.

Nikki ran up to Sara to trail behind. She sniffed the air deeply, "There's a herd up ahead," Nikki pointed out, guessing that Sara probably already knew. "Are you sure we can take down a buck? I mean... they're pretty big." she finished.

"Hmm...well maybe we could go for a female? A small female? Or maybe an old buck or a young one. Somewhere around there."

"Hmmm... okay." Nikki agreed and smiled. She sniffed the air again. "C' mon!" she said as she picked up her speed to get to the herd of deer.

"Ok I'll go around back and you distract the others." sara ran around and faced a fawn. She waited for Nikki to distract the other ones so she could get to the fawn.

"Okay!" she replied without hesitation and ran up in front of the herd. She stood low on the ground, and she faced the opposite side from Sara's view. Her lips curled, and she growled deeply. She inched up a little closer and barked at them. Some of them started to panic and others just backed away. She barked several more times and jumped forward. The deer all panicked now, most of them ran in circles. Nikki smirked, she thought it was so funny to make animals bigger than her panic.

Sara focused all her attention on the fawn and any other deer that was around the fawn. Sara was so low to the ground her stomach almost touched it, she was hidden in the tall grass as she slowly walked up to the fawn. She jumped out of no where and the fawn let out a long and painful yell but sara took it down quickly. But she was forced to dive backwards to get out of the way of a mothers hoof. Even though the fawn was dead the mother was going to fight till the death. Sara stared at the doe and started to back off and go around to the other side. But she couldn't get to the fawn!

Raph heard the commotion and ran to where Sara and Nikki had a dead fawn and it's Mother pinned, while Sara went round the back, Raphael took a running leap at the doe and sunk his teeth into her neck, he brought her down like a lion, suffocating her slowly. Finally the doe's eyes misted over and she joined her son.

Nikki ran around the other side to see what had happened. "We got two?" she asked and then looked up at Raphael. "That was some kill." she said and looked back down at the doe and fawn. Then she looked for Sara, her head turning every which way.

"Well I got the doe....and Raph got the mom!" Sara said happily, "Raph you get first bite on the mother...I'll have first bite on the fawn." Sara took a bite around the stomach of the fawn and said, "Alright come on Nikki come have some!"

Nikki bounded over and carefully teared off pieces of the doe. Her tail wagged as she chewed, she couldn't remember the last time she had deer.

Raphael smiled at Nikki and Sara, "thank you" he said with a grin. He took a small bite from the doe's neck, licking his maw and cleaning the blood from around his muzzle and his paws, he panted slightly and watched the females eat.

Nikki lifted her head back up, "Well, I'm full for now. Now what?" she asked Raphael and Sara, her tail wagging with excitement.
