Comet Mountain

"Oh, well, sometimes you get so tired of everyone that you just sneak away and look at the stars." Peirce sighed and shook her head.

Icefire looked confused. She liked to be with the pack, feeling sucure, and safe. But apperently, this wolf didn't. She shrugged, and walked on.

"Well, you just get tired of like... the noise of the pack that you just want some q-- you know what.. forget I said anything." Peirce sighed.

"Ok..." she said quietly.

"If you ever need to find me, you know Ill probably be out here." Peirce smiled and threw the deer onto the food pile.

"Ok..." Icefire said sofly, taking the whole akward conversation in.

"see ya" Peirce ran off to find Inertia.

Bolt had chased after a rabbit when he distracted and finally made it back,"Hi Icefire...again. I got distracted as you can see." he set down about five rabbits and smiled.

Perice walked up to Inertia and smiled at him, "Hi"

Icefire smirked "Yeah, nice catch." she replied.

Melia pawed at a pebble,"I'm bored!"

They were soon back at camp. Icefire walked over, and set the fresh kill down. A few wolves gathered, waiting to eat.

Melia was with the other wolves until she saw Icefire. She got up and turned to walk away. There was nothing to do and nobody would play with her, not to mention she was mad at Icefire from earlier.

Icefire saw her walk away, and followed "I know your mad at me, but tough. Now there is nothing to play with around here, but if you like, I wouldn't mind taking you hunting. But if you dont want to go with me, I could get someone else." she sounded harsh, but she felt sympathy for the pup. She had once been in a pack (she lied about not being in one cause it was a bad exsperience, and dosen't like to mention it ) and had a very high ranking, until they turned on her and instead of throwing her out, kept her as captive, and in tourture. From then on she was a loner, until she met Rush's pack.

Melia forced out a small growl,"I think hunting is boring. I will go swimming like mommy taught me."

"Ok kid. Do that. But she isn't your mom." Icefire suddenly didn't like this stubborn pup, and grolwed at her, turning around and walking away.

Melia broke out in tears,"I hate you! You can't make anything seem better!" and ran into a cave continuing to cry.

Bolt looked at Icefire with a disgusted look on his face for he had seen the whole thing. He turned and walked away.

Peirce turned to the whining pup, "Whats wrong!?" She asked, trying to calm her down.

Melia continued crying as she explained,"Icefire was bein mean to me! she said in a mean voice "Ok kid. Do that. But she isn't your mom" after i said that hunting was boring and that i was gonna swim like you taught me!"

"That jerk" Perice growled and stomped out of the cave, "IceFire! Get over here right now!!" She was so ticked she almost screamed the words at her. "WHat in the HECK is wrong with you!?"

"I dont know, WHATS WRONG WITH THAT PUP?!?" she growled.

"What did she do to you!?" Peirce growled.

Melia cried out,"I didn't do anything to her! I said all i told you mommy! She's been nothing but a meany to me today!"

"I told her to stay away from Poach, and she insisted on staying around. Then, she was being a wise-mouth, when we brought back fresh-kill, and she was bored. So I offered to teach her hunting, and she blew me off! What respect!" Icefire retorted.

Melia growled,"All i said is that hunting is boring. And that i wanted to swim instead!"
