Redback nodded, "as you wish Alpha" he said, standing and walking ahead to keep watch.

[can I kill moti or at least win this battle?]

[I was going to get Takar to stop it, but it doesn't really matter, just make him make some noises for the others to hear XD]

[I dont care, xD Go ahead, Moti isn't really that important anyway.]

"Fight me!" Moti growled and bit charged at Nar again.

[OMG shortest post ever! XDD]

Takar grinned and watched.

[I've had shorter 0.o, only two words.]

Nar obeyed Moti's words this time, leaping at him with the speed and strength of a puma, whipping about and scratching along Moti's back as he flew over him.

Moti cringed in pain and flipped over onto his side, he got up very slowly and swayed from side to side. He was dazed..

[KEEL HIM NAO]

Takar watched, an evil look in his eyes, "come on Moti! make him howl for your kin!" he roared, trying to make Moti attack.

Nar snarled and felt a cruel ferocity sweep over him as Takar poisoned the pack's mind with his speeches. He blinked, his eyes a blazing gold, and knew the slice was fatal even as his paw still moved as he pounced for the last time, claw surging forward through the air as if in slow motion and swiping across the other's neck, the flesh parting easily. Now Naraanbatar stood as the dust fell from Moti's collapse into it, he stood a ragged, skinny form of the once well-groomed wolf, his golden coat gleaming in the bright morning sunshine and he faced Takar without any fear in his still burning golden orbs.

[I hated Moti anyway xD]

Moti lay there motionless, he was stone dead.

[aww bring in another character! and bring in a badlands character!]

Takar snarled and slashed at the golden wolf's face with a powerful forepaw, his muscular shoulders hunched as he growled at Nar.

Nar backed up, slightly surprised at this attack. He backed out of reach of the paw and then growled lightly.
"Stop!" came a voice, and a gray elder hobbled out of the elders den, followed by the other three. He was a light gray with deep, sightless black eyes. The others, two in varying shades of brown and a reddish brown female, stayed behind him, nodding.
"Have you forgotten the ways of the wolf?" the first cawed at Takar, setting his endless stare at him. "He has won a battle, and therefore won his freedom until the full moon." Nar looked at the elder, relieved. Until he realized the full moon was only three nights away.

Takar growled, "shut up you old fool! unless you wanna be next! Of course I know!"he snarled at the grisled old male before turning back to Nar, "you are free to the next full moon, if you do not return, we will hunt you down like the swine you are and kill you, I swear it to the Gods!" he said before howling at the nearly-full moon in the sky.

A couple of the onlooking wolves growled as Takar insulted the well-respected elder, but with a flick of his tail the gray wolf calmed them. He gave Nar a nod and padded back slowly to his den, the others following without a word. Naraanbatar nodded back, letting go a breath he did not know he was holding, surprised at how evenly his fate had been described. The golden wolf then decided to go for a walk, and visited Talla's resting place once more, dabbling his paws in the cool water that had saved him once more and resting beside her grave.
"I don't know how it happened," he stated, talking to the pool, "But you helped me, saved me. I think you have something planned." There was no answer, only a rustle of breeze that stroked Nar's fur before silencing.

Takar's piercing green eyes watched Nar as he stood on Fireheart's ledge, he hoped that the wolf would not return...

[You said I should bring in a Badlands character? Could I bring in Blue? xD or maybe we could have Mac and Tem?]

[yeah. blue sounds great. if you want to bring in Mac and Tem we should do it in the first partt]

[I think i'll just bring in Blue xD, we have enough love drama as it is.]

Blue walked up to Swift and asked, "What a nice day, ma'am. Anything planned?"

After running and searching for a while Lightbreeze and fireheart ended up, with great luck, in front of a herd of deer. "What luck!" Lightbreeze smiled.
"yeah yeah, lets just get the food." Fireheart said grumpily.
Lightbreeze nodded, she knew it would take Fireheart a while before she got back to her old, cheery self. "Off we go! There is a old cow elk over thar! Come on, sis! Get those legs movin'!" She joked.
Fireheart just grunted and took off, with her sister, after the old cow.

[its swiftnight XD]

"It is," replied Swiftnight, standing. She raised her voice so her second in command could also hear.
"We move." she stated, setting her direction towards the border line.
'He'd better be there...' she thought out loud, thinking of the hurried conversation she'd had with the small, gray wolf after he caught her tresspassing. They'd traded names, and know she let Anubis settle on her tongue.
"Anubis..." she whispered, and the wind picked up, ruffling the large, black female's ruff. It was as if the very elements rose with his mention. He was something.

Blue nodded and watched.

"Forward." The ebony wolf leapt into an easy lope, the other two would follow behind.

"They should be here any time now." stated Anubis, checking the sun, staring off into the desert that lay before their feet. They took cover under the large trees of the forest that bordered the desert, so odd that something so lively could live next to something so dead. The smell of fresh kill wafted towards him from a small pile of food, offerings for the great pack.

"Swiftnight..."he whispered, thinking of their meeting. The wind ruffled through his fur, blowing towards the desert, as though the elements approved of her. She had been something, all muscle and pride and intelligence. Cunning.

Finally after running and chasing Fireheart gave a last hope onto the cow, with her sisters help, and they poled it to the ground. Once it was down Lightbreeze did hesitate to bite the throat.
Fireheart coughed and then, with out respecting the true rules of wolves, dove into the carcass. Eating, tearing, ripping, and getting as much of it as possible into her shriveled, starved stomach. Finally, she was filled her stomach and she collapse to the ground. She lay there for a while, sleeping, thinking, and recovering. Soon her sisters gentle licks awoke her and she sat up. Lightbreeze smiled to her sister and finished the rest of the carcass. It wasnt much but she wasn't so hungry.
Together they walked away from the bones, looking for a place to rest for what would come in the future.
