Fayola awoke and yawned, revealing her sharp lion teeth. The feline stretched luxuriously, yawning again, and rose, blinking the sunlight out of her golden eyes.
"Where to?" she asked the others, her long tail flicking.

Decker finished lapping the water quickly, and got up undisturbing the antallope. He raced back, very lively, he bounded into the small cave " Hunting, biggest 'lope I've ever seen! " he said and turned back, waiting for the others to follow.

Ash rolled over and then was laying on top of Tex's tail. Then she lazily opened her eye and looked up at Tex. Her eyes opened wide and she jumped up quickly to her feet, embarrassed at how she had woken up.

Tex snickered, "Good morning, you!" and then laughed a bit.

[yeah, I know the 'you' isn't necessary. lol]

"Heh, good morning." Ash said, her cheeks still red.

" HUNTING? " Decker gave a hellow-I'm-still-here look and pointed his nose toward the oasis.

Kefir yawned again and stretched out his muscular body, extending his powerful claws and scraping the ground slighty, "hunting, I like the sound of that" he said smiling and testing his injured shoulder, the graze had scabbed over and would heal quickly, but there would be a permanent scar.

" Yep, an there's plenty of meat! " Decker added

"Eh, I'm kinda hungry. Might as well go." Tex smiled and started to follow Decker.

Decker ran back and crouched low, stocking them silently.

Tex followed and mimicked Decker.

He lunged, and grabbed a back leg of a young female. He dragged her along, moaning to the others as they charged away.

Ash came tumbling out of a line of desert plants and went after another, bringing it down. It was only a young and small one, but it would work.

Decker faught the female, but she was big and strong, and dragged him easily across the desert "Uhggg!! Blechh!" his mouth filled with hot, dry sand, and he could feel his side starting to bleed. He pulled himself to his feet, but he was going a good speed, and he couldn't get footing.

Ash left her carcass where it was and helped Decker, she ran up and grabbed the neck

Tex also ran up and grabbed and yanked the leg of the female.

Decker smiled at his friends, and bit harder. The female moaned and whined, stumbling to the ground. Decker got up and ripped at her heart. It stopped. She was dead "Phewww...thanks guys.." he looked up at the two, and smiled slightly.

Ash nodded and ran over to get her kill, she got it and dragged it over

"Yep, no problem." Tex smiled.

Decker layed down. The sun was already begining to heat up the earth.
