"We're not THAT young, Gypsy! We've left our mothers to live lives of our own. We left about 1 moon ago, though." Dusk told Gypsy.

((lol your name is the same as a fox and a horse, Gypsy. cx))

"I see but to me you are young, my dear. I am older than any fox or animal in this forest and will be for a long while. For now i wish that you stay with me after that foolish act of going into the wolfs camp.If you needed food why didnt you hunt yourself?"

"Well, I don't really hunt well.... and I hadn't seen a rabbit for days!" Dusk explained. "I guess we could stay longer, though." she said while fixing her hair with her paw.

"Good.Because now that your here i can teach both of you how to hunt and live like real foxes. There are many things to eat other than rabbits and sqiurrls you know. Once the rain dies down we can go out for our first hunting lesson." Gypsy said. She looked at the 2 foxes, they looked skinny, so they probley hadn't eatin in days.

"Cool!" said Dusk. She was really excited to go hunt, and be a real fox, her large tail swayed from side to side.

Gypsy smiled she could tell that Dusk was like her when she was a young fox. Thunder was still going on and as the 2 young foxes began to sleep, she watched the outside forest. In the distance she still heard the wolves howling. She had a feeling that they would be coming back.

Misty opened her eyes and saw the concern in Gypsy's face, "They're coming back.....aren't they?" She said with sadness in her voice

"Yes" Gypsy said gravely. "Yes they are... But now is not the time to talk go to sleep we will discuss this in the morning."

Misty looked a bit worried but followed Gypsy's instructions anyway

The sun began to rise and Gypsy had just gotten back from a short hunt."Rise and Shine! Breakfast is ready!" she called out to Misty and Dusk.

Dusk's head perked up and yipped, "Yay, breakfast!" She looked over at Misty, "C'mon, Misty, breakfast!" she said to her friend and bounded out of the tree. "What's for breakfast?" Dusk asked eagerly.

Misty followed not to far behind, she was starved from her little happening last night.

Gypsy smiled, "It's opossum. Enjoy it, your going to need your strength because we are going hunting today to see what skills you have already."

"Oh, okay!" Dusk said and ripped of a piece of the oppossum and chewed on it's tasty flesh.

((That sounds so evil XD))

Gypsy watched, then grabed some of the meat herself. She swallowed and spoke" You two meet me by the river when your done. Dont go anywhere without each other."

"Okay," Dusk agreed with a moutfull of oppossum.

Gypsy walked out the entrance and shook her head. 'They not only need training but some matters' she giggled to herself. Once at the river she took a gulp of water, sat and waited for the 2 to, to arive.

Misty wasn't as messy and aggressive with the opposum, she simply found little pieces she enjoyed and chewed them gracefully but she had to eat fast for Dusk was eating most of the meat.

Gypsy still waited and began to get worried. But then she saw the 2 figures walking twards her. "Good, your here now we must start sit with me, for i must show you something."

"Okay," Dusk obeyed at sat down to wait for Gypsy.

Misty followed Dusk's lead and sat to the right of her. "What do you want to show us?" Misty said impatiently.

"Now look around you, as you can see that there are squirrles and other small animals that we love to eat. But there is something else that is easy to catch and taste just as good look in that water and what do you see?"

Dusk walked over to the water and peered down in it. "Me?" she said, and looked back at Gypsy with a concerned face.

Gypsy smiled and began to laugh "No, No dear. Its not you. Look below the surface."
