Gunshot- A Hunting Dog RP

"Hello." Ex said happily to the newcomer, "My name's Exotique but you can call me Ex. Whats yours?"

"im buckle, Hi Ex." Buckle smiled.

"It's nice to metcha...so wheres your master or mistress?" Ex asked.

"umm... i kinda... ran away..." Buckle looked away.

"Oh..." said Ex wonder why any one would run away. " Why did you run?"

"i didnt like it there, they didnt feed us, and we had to stay chained up all day. so the first chance i got during a hunt, i pretended to go and get the duck, but i dropped it and fled"

"thats mean of your master" Babybel trotted up to Buckle and Ex

Cheesecake followed Babybel,"You might be able to stay with us, our master has helped many lost dogs, or runaways." CheeseCake suggested

"really?" Buckle's ears pirked up, he eyes shone sparkly with hope "you think so? that would be great" She leapt with joy.

Cheesecake stayed next to Buckle while Babybel headed over to her master and nudged her, telling her master to follow

Buckle wagged her tail and perked up her ears when the master began to come over.

The master said, "My, another runaway, I thought those were only at our old house." She bent down and slowly edged her hand towards Buckle's neck, "Your collar seems to say.... Buckle. Thats a nice name. Your welcome to stay with us Buckle, seems like you've already made some new friends" She patted Buckle on the head

Buckle liked the master, she seemed alot gentler than her old ones.

"Yes!" Cheesecake yelped outloud

Babybel giggled at her sister

Buckle lauged and smiled, she could tell she was going to like it here.

"So, Buckle, how many masters have you had?" Babybel wonderd

CheeseCake was staring at a mark on Buckles leg, "Whats that?" CheeseCake pointed with her nose

"two, a man and a woman."

"what? oh, that. my master's son tied a wire around my ankle and tied me to a fence for being bad. i pulled so hard it rubbed all the hair off and left a bleeding scar."

"youch! Im glad you ran away and came here, the worst our master would do is leave us inside while he goes hunting with either me or Babybel" CheeseCake said

"Really? this is the first I have ever had. Im glad I never ran away, it must be hard" Babybel sighed

"oh no, i had two at the same time" SOH lauged at the misunderstanding.

"Oh..." Babybel blushed at Buckle

CheeseCake nudged Babybel, "Its okay, everyone makes mistakes" Cheesecake said it in a goo goo voice

A dark Grey (almost black) with strange markings lay up in a tree surrounding the pond in which they were getting the ducks. She stared down with her neon green eyes at all the dogs. She decided to move out of the tree before she was spotted but her foot slipped on the side of the branch and down she went making a loud splash straight into the pond.

(Her name is Nightwatcher, but you can call her Night, I'll make a ref. later)

"wassat?" Buckle swung her head toward a splash in the pond. she crept slowly towards the water, and began wading through the dark liquid. she saw reeds rusling on the bank. "shhh." she said.

"Alright" CheeseCake and bablybel followed Buckle towards the splah

Nightwatcher stayed under the water and swam away from those dogs, she was a very smart fox, she got out on the other end and darted away hoping the dogs wouldn't follow, but the pond was small and easy to get around quickly.

Buckle saw a figure leap from the water and run away. "GET IT!" she cried leading the chase.

Babybel had tingles run down her spine, " Its a fox!!"

Cheesecake sprang so high she landed at the edge of the pond," You cant get away!" She smiled
